1. Delivery Charges

• Inside Dhaka City: ৳80 flat shipping fee.

• Outside Dhaka (Districts & Upazilas): ৳150 flat shipping fee.

• FREE Shipping: Automatically applied on cart orders exceeding ৳3,500.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

• Inside Dhaka: 24 to 48 Hours.

• Outside Dhaka: 2 to 4 Working Days via Steadfast / RedX / Pathao courier.

3. Package Inspection

Customers are allowed to open the delivery parcel in front of the courier rider before paying for COD orders to verify item accuracy.
